Shipping Policy

Orders received by 4pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm or on weekends, bank holidays or during Christmas break will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail 1st class post*.

*Although 1st class deliveries are stated as next day by Royal Mail, we are finding that this can be up to 3 days. In addition, due to Royal Mail’s recent changes to local collection times, we cannot always guarantee that orders are collected and processed on the day that they are posted. At Trainer Armour we endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible but unfortunately, the current Royal Mail service is beyond our control.

Delivery

All UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail 1st class post**.
**Standard 1st class post does not offer a tracking service.

Returns Policy

At Trainer Armour, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you have received incorrect or faulty goods, we offer a straightforward returns process to ensure your satisfaction.

Notification Period:

Customers must notify the customer service team at hello@trainerarmour.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods to report any issues with their order.

Return Procedure:

If faulty or incorrect goods have been supplied with your recent order, please contact our customer service team at hello@trainerarmour.com who will make the necessary arrangements. Please do not return any goods until you have spoken with a member of the customer services team.

Notification Requirement:

Customers must inform Trainer Armour customer service team of any issues before returning the items. All returns must be pre-authorised before any collection of goods is arranged. Any items not pre-authorised may not be refunded. This step is essential to ensure that our team can assist you effectively throughout the returns process.

Return Condition:

Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact where possible. Items that are damaged due to use may not be eligible for a refund. Non faulty items will be accepted up to 30 days following receipt of goods at your address.

Refund:

Upon receiving the returned items and verifying their condition, Trainer Armour will process a refund for the goods returned.
